All our robot vacuums are backed by a 2-year limited warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use. This warranty begins on the date of original purchase and is valid only for the original owner.
Robot motor, battery, and main electronic components
Manufacturing defects in brushes, filters, and side brushes (normal wear and tear excluded)
Free repair or replacement at our discretion
Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or unauthorized modifications
Consumable parts such as filters and brushes after normal wear
Accidental damage or natural disasters
If your product needs repair, please contact our support team with your order number or serial number ready. We may ask you to provide photos or videos to help diagnose the issue. Depending on your location, we offer mail-in repair, replacement units, or referrals to local authorized service centers.
